Mae James serves as the Director of Human Resources at AI for ROI LLC, where she brings research expertise to identify and implement appropriate recruiting strategies, personnel management, and benefits programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of our remote workforce. In this capacity, she believes she the best job in the company because she has the privilege of working closely and personally with all employees, advocating for the best outcomes for both employees and management.
Mae is also responsible for ensuring the company remains compliant with ever-evolving data privacy regulations. She monitors and interprets new data protection laws such as GDPR, CCPA, and other international privacy standards, making necessary adjustments to company policies and procedures. By staying ahead of regulatory changes, Mae ensures AI for ROIโs data privacy practices are not only compliant but also proactive. Her leadership in this area helps the company maintain trust and uphold the highest standards of data security.
In addition to her HR and compliance responsibilities, Mae conducts in-depth research on predictive data sources that deliver the largest return on investment for both AI for ROI and its enterprise clients, driving innovative solutions and maximizing business outcomes.
